We're looking for motivated individuals to join our production team as Forklift Operators and Material Handlers — where your work keeps operations running smoothly and safely.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate production equipment alongside machine operators
• Monitor machines to ensure consistent quality and output
• Load raw materials and remove finished goods from production lines
• Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance
• Inspect products for defects and report issues
• Maintain accurate production records
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
• Operate machinery including extruders, laminators, presses, and slitters
• Support additional production tasks as needed

🛠️ What You Bring

• Experience in industrial environments and machine operations
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work well in a team
• Familiarity with hand tools, mechanical skills, and forklift operation
• Willingness to learn clamp truck operation (training provided)
• A track record of learning and adapting to new technologies

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
