### What You'll Do:
- Lead and support a team of five in the Cash Accounting Department, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee daily revenue postings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage cash flow based on sales and traffic, maintaining proper denominations for change and secure handling.
- Oversee credit card account management, settlements, chargebacks, and disputes.
- Support sales teams with accurate documentation and timely accounting entries.
- Hire, train, and evaluate Cash Accounting staff, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Lead cash shortage investigations, working closely with leadership on resolution.
- Provide cash-handling certification training and enforce safety procedures.
- Maintain vault and change machine operations, ensuring proper money supplies and maintenance.
- Implement and uphold cash accounting policies while promoting collaboration within the Finance team.
- Serve as the PCI Compliance Liaison to safeguard guest financial information.
- Conduct audits, prepare reports, and oversee vending collections.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

### What You'll Bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role; a total of 7 years in a comparable position may substitute for a degree.
- Skills: Strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license and ability to pass the company's driving program.
