NetSuite Program Manager
As a NetSuite Program Manager, you will help the technology team drive business growth and value for clients with a focus on implementing ERP and Commerce solutions. Expected to lead an engagement team working with all levels of stakeholders: executive, business, technology and data SMEs. This role consists of working in a complex, highly dynamic environment; managing projects, leading work streams, identifying business requirements, and supporting implementations. Your future duties and responsibilities
This position is located at the client site in Alexandria, VA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. • Coordinates with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Provides NetSuite consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients' requirements
• Monitors scope, cost, schedule, and performance of a project team, and be responsible for regular interactions with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers/subcontractors.
• Plans and schedules project activities including core NetSuite implementations and custom integrations.
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients to determine configuration requirements.
• Accountable for quality management and adhering to quality assurance (QA) processes.
• Negotiates timelines with key stakeholders and resolves resource conflicts with client and technical teams.
• Provides status regarding project health to clients and key stakeholders
• Prepare business requirements and technical scoping documents with technical team in preparation for client approvals.
• Ensure deliverables are produced and delivered in an agile fashion
• Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables.
• Establishes effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
• Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impact on schedule and budget.
• Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs, and validates requests in JIRA ticketing system. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 5+ years of direct full life cycle NetSuite implementations, upgrades and support experience.
• Implementation experience with NetSuite modules in the following areas (Advanced Financials, SuiteBilling, Revenue Management, AP Automation, Bill CapturePlanning and Budgeting, Account Reconciliation, OneWorld).
• Experience managing NetSuite solutions with integrations through enterprise iPaaS Systems (MuleSoft, Celigo, Jitterbit, Boomi).
• Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent leadership and experience working with cross-functional resources.
• Timely, decisive, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Solid project management skills related to project planning and control, scope management, issue and risk management, and quality management
• Managing technical application development/software development type projects.
• Ability to manage project resources and stakeholders in global locations
• Hands-on managing ERP and Commerce data migrations and cutover project experience
• Hands-on functional NetSuite ERP implementation experience
• Agile product development skills: participation in agile SCRUM teams and agile ceremonies
• Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.
• Strong business process analysis skills
• Degree in business, finance, or other business-related field; computer science, information systems, or another technology-related field. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $208,300.00.
