Medical Temporaries, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced ***Revenue Cycle Manager***(On-Site Position/This is not a remote position).

• Minimum of 3 (three) years of management experience required.

This is a FULL TIME/TEMP TO HIRE or DIRECT HIRE position requiring availability between the hours of 8 AM-4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, located in Norfolk, VA (23502).

Responsibilities :

A Day in the Life of a Revenue Cycle Manager :

As a Revenue Cycle Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all tasks assigned to the revenue cycle department staff. The revenue cycle manager's responsibilities include identifying patient reimbursement issues, ensuring that claims, denials, and appeals are efficiently processed, and resolving billing-related issues. The Revenue Cycle Manager must be able to code diagnoses and procedures correctly. You will manage a staff of 9 and also manage patient complaints.

Requirements for the Revenue Cycle Manager :

• Required: 3+ years of experience in management
• Required: Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
• Required: Ability to manage a team of 9 employees
• Required: Ability to pass a Background Check
• Required: Must be reliable and a quick learner, and have the ability to multitask with accuracy in a very busy environment
• Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications for the Revenue Cycle Manager :

• Preferred: Experience in Ophthalmology
• Preferred: Athena EMR experience

Benefits:

• $31.25-$36.06 an hour (depending on experience level) or if direct hire annual 65,000 - 70,000 annual salary.
