Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor respiratory therapy treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
- Manage oxygen therapy, inhalation medications, and airway clearance techniques; adjust therapies as patient needs change
- Provide ventilatory support and monitor patient response; assist with non-invasive ventilation as directed
- Assess patients, document findings, and communicate changes to the care team through the electronic record
- Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to plan and implement individualized care plans; respond to clinical changes promptly
- Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment; ensure infection control practices and equipment readiness

Requirements
- Ability to work the night shift (18:30–07:00) on a 3x12 schedule
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment in a skilled nursing setting
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow orders and care plans
- Commitment to adhering to facility policies and infection control standards
