Job Overview

Our client is urgently hiring multiple Civil Engineers at various experience levels to support Residential Land Development projects . Whether you are a Professional Engineer (PE) or an unregistered professional , this role provides a growth-oriented environment where you can develop your technical skills and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and oversee civil engineering projects with a focus on residential land development .
• Prepare engineering plans, reports, and technical drawings related to:
  • Site development
  • Grading
  • Stormwater management
  • Utility design
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project success, meeting timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and compliance checks to ensure adherence to local codes, regulations, and industry best practices .
• Provide technical support and expertise throughout all project phases, from planning to completion.
• Work on multi-disciplinary projects , collaborating with structural, geotechnical, and environmental engineering teams as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required ( unregistered professionals are encouraged to apply ).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in residential land development .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D , or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to civil engineering and land development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills , with the ability to collaborate across departments.
