Currently hiring for epoxy floor installers in Chesapeake, VA. As an Epoxy Floor Installer your responsibilities include concrete floor preparation and installation of resinous floor coatings/polished concrete. Pay is $19 - $25 per hour based on skillset and experience. This position includes local travel (Northern Virginia to North Carolina) . If you have 2+ years as an epoxy floor installer apply now!

Epoxy Floor Installer and Concrete Polisher Responsibilities:

• Prepare concrete surfaces through shot blasting, grinding, scarifying, and patching to ensure a perfect foundation
• Cut, clean, and fill control and expansion joints for seamless finishes
• Mix and apply epoxy, urethane, and other resinous coatings with precision
• Apply coatings using power troweling, hand troweling, self-leveling overlays, and more
• Operate propane diamond grinders for wet and dry concrete polishing to achieve the desired gloss and smoothness
• Maintain and operate tools such as handheld and walk-behind grinders, planetary grinders, burnishers, vacuums, and dust collection systems
• Apply sealers and protective coatings to finished surfaces for durability
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during installation or polishing to ensure top-quality results

Epoxy Floor Installer and Concrete Polisher Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• 2+ years experience in installing epoxy flooring
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Able to travel and work days, nights and weekends as required (projects located from North Carolina to North Richmond)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Hours:

• 40-60 hours per week
• Various shifts varying based on project (8-12 hours, night and weekends as needed)
