Plumber (Bilingual)

Location:

• Based out of Alexandria, VA with most work located in the Mid-Atlantic. 

Shift:

• Days (Mon-Fri); No on-call or weekends!

Pay:

• $73,200+/yr. base with annual bonus opportunity of $6,000

Description:

• We are adding Plumbers to our operations team to support our state-of-the-art pipelining technologies for multifamily condos and industrial facilities.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish + English)
• Experience fixing, replacing, and upgrading plumbing in occupied homes/condos, such as repairing toilets, re-piping drain waste and vent pipes or replacing domestic water pipes
• Cleaning/snaking waste lines
• Experience in maintenance rather than installing systems in new buildings
• Willing to travel out of state 15 weeks per year
• Pass pre-employment background check
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Additional Skills:

• Experience working with smaller diameter cast iron piping
• Experience working with Uponor or PEX piping systems
• Experience can be residential, multifamily or industrial
• The individual must be able to work in tight spaces and under counters.
• Plumber Techs needs to be willing to learn and work in the CIPP lining areas as well as plumbing. Requires at least 2 years’ plumbing experience.
