ReStore Manager
* Drive store performance, including revenue and operational goals
* Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and organization
* Lead, supervise, and develop store staff and volunteers
* Ensure strong customer service and donor engagement
* Maintain merchandising, pricing, and presentation standardsQualifications
* 2–3+ years of leadership experience in retail or operations
* Strong team management, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to drive performance and meet business objectives
* Knowledge of retail operations and customer service practices
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, POS, or CRM systemsPreferred:
* Bachelor’s degree
* Experience in nonprofit, warehouse, or high-volume retail environments.Benefits
