We are looking for a Clinical Director who is not only a skilled clinician but also a passionate leader who values collaboration, growth, and mentorship. This role is central to our mission: guiding our clinical team, ensuring the highest quality of care, and fostering a culture where providers and clients alike feel supported and empowered.

As our Clinical Director, you’ll balance leadership with connection—mentoring providers, supporting clinical excellence, and maintaining a small caseload to stay grounded in the heart of the work we do. This is a hybrid position, with in-office presence required to build relationships and strengthen our community of care.

What You’ll Do

• Lead with vision and compassion, modeling TC&C’s values of Hope, Healing, and Human Connection.
  
  

• Provide supervision, consultation, and mentorship for licensed clinicians, residents, and interns.
  
  

• Support onboarding and professional growth of new providers, fostering a learning environment.
  
  

• Oversee clinical documentation and compliance, ensuring quality and ethical standards are met.
  
  

• Facilitate case consultations and team meetings that encourage collaboration and innovation.
  
  

• Partner with leadership and administrative staff to align clinical care with operational success.
  
  

• Maintain a limited caseload of clients.
  
  

• Promote a culture of inclusivity, empathy, and evidence-based practice.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active Virginia license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
  
  

• 3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience.
  
  

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience within a clinical setting.
  
  

• Strong communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  
  

• Organized, dependable, and committed to fostering professional growth in others.
