National Sales Director — Mobile App + POS & Payments

Push Notifications change the game.
Our mobile app lets merchants send instant offers and promotions directly to their customers’ phones — driving sales in ways no one else can . We are a Wholesale ISO with Fiserv and 35+ years in payments, now expanding with a complete Mobile App + POS + Website suite for restaurants, retail, beauty supply, and dry cleaners.

We are inviting an experienced National Sales Director to build and scale a nationwide sales team .

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple regions and verticals.

• Develop and grow a strong 1099 agent network as part of the national expansion strategy.

• Build sales systems, playbooks, and processes that drive consistent growth.

• Support agents and regional leaders with tools, training, and leadership to help them succeed.

• Partner with executive leadership on national strategy, expansion, and market development.

What We Offer

• W2 position with base salary ($100K–$125K) + overrides, performance bonuses, and equity opportunity.

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200K+ with overrides and bonuses.

• Full control as a Wholesale ISO — your team’s accounts and residuals are protected .

• 35+ years of industry experience and infrastructure behind you.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading large or multi-regional sales teams in POS, merchant services, or payment processing.

• Proven ability to recruit and scale both W-2 and independent (1099) sales organizations.

• Entrepreneurial drive — ready to grow a national sales force.
