Scaffold Builder

As a Scaffold Builder, you will be an integral part of our mobile crew, responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures to ensure elevated access for workers. Responsibilities
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures at construction and industrial sites.
- Ensure scaffolding is installed level, square, and in full compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to manage equipment needs and material movement.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and company safety programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in scaffold building with system scaffolding.
- Basic knowledge of scaffolding installation and safety procedures.
- Ability to start and complete scaffold erection in accordance with all required safety standards.
- Must have own tools for the job.
- Valid Driver’s License and/or reliable transportation.
- Physically fit, with the ability to climb scaffolding, lift, handle, and carry up to 75 pounds.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must provide own steel-toe boots.
