Process Manager, Associate
Overview
Process Manager, AssociateWe’re looking to hire a detail oriented process manager to join the Credit, Data & Modeling Culture & Community team within CFRM. This person will manage our Credit Officer accreditation process from start to finish. The person will collaborate with many stakeholders across the CFRM team, HR, as well as our first line partners in Card, Auto & Retail Bank. We are looking for candidates that bring a “can- do” mindset, an eye for process improvements and enjoy problem solving all while having a track record of successful delivery.
General Responsibilities:
As a Process Manager you will:
Ensure high quality, timely delivery of business processes the first time
Keep the process and team well managed by documenting evidence of key process steps and keeping process documentation up to date
Keep process stakeholders informed of status of process steps
Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes
The person will:
Exhibit a track record of process oversight and ownership of suggesting improvements in the process
Have great command of the details and not let anything drop
Demonstrate a reverence for risk management and owning a well managed process
Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
Display strong consulting and collaboration skills
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in Google suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Process management training and/or experience
Lean, Agile, Business Process Management or Six Sigma certification
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
Work experience achieving results

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $71,200 - $81,300 for Process ManagerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
