Program Support Specialist

At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a Program Support Specialist to support our Early Childhood Outreach program in Roanoke, VA with EHR maintenance, billing support, and outreach efforts.

Your Role in Our Mission

As a Program Support Specialist on our Early Childhood Outreach team, no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of our operations by recording meeting minutes, managing office supplies, entering data into our EHR, and assisting with claims and billing. You’ll also play a meaningful role in preparing program materials and supporting outreach efforts that directly impact the families we serve.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly salary: $17.55 – $18.27 per hour for this non-exempt position

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Associate’s degree and three years related experience OR Bachelor’s degree and two years related experience
• Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively multitask
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Suite
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
