Rounds VanDuzer Architects is seeking motivated, detail-oriented professionals to join our team in various full-time roles. These positions play an important role in supporting firm operations, internal coordination, and project continuity across our architectural and planning initiatives.

As a U.S.-based professional, you will contribute to efficient workflows, clear communication, and organizational excellence. Your ability to collaborate, manage responsibilities, and maintain accuracy will directly support team performance and overall project success.

• Support day-to-day operations and administrative processes across departments
  

• Coordinate with internal teams, including design, project management, and administration
  

• Manage and organize information, documentation, and records accurately
  

• Ensure timely communication and follow-through on assigned tasks
  

• Monitor workflows and assist in maintaining operational efficiency
  

• Identify issues or gaps and escalate matters when appropriate
  

• Contribute to continuous process improvements through feedback and collaboratio
  

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen (required for employment)
  

• Relevant professional experience preferred but not mandatory
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment
  

• Proficiency with standard office tools, including email, documentation systems, and virtual collaboration platforms
