Position Summary
The Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for coordinating the sale of financing and insurance programs to customers. You will work closely with lenders and financial institutions to provide financial services that meet our customers' needs while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell financing and insurance products to customers using the menu selling process.
- Review and process customer credit applications accurately.
- Offer extended service contracts and other owner protection programs.
- Assess the profitability of financing arrangements to the dealership.
- Ensure completion of all necessary documentation using a deal checklist.
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to meet financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding financial services.
- Support dealership compliance initiatives including Safeguard and Transaction programs.
- Act as liaison between customers and lending institutions to facilitate financing.
- Attend weekly manager meetings and maintain strong employee relations.
- Promote and uphold company policies and standards.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of automotive dealership F&I production experience.
- Finance and Insurance management training is preferred.
- Proven successful track record in finance and insurance sales.
- Strong history of positive customer satisfaction results.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass motor vehicle record (MVR), background check, and pre-employment drug test.
