Client Relations Associate - Entry Level
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Client Relations Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, customer-focused professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and acting as a strong advocate for clients.
The Client Relations Associate plays a key role in supporting marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives while ensuring an outstanding customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet performance benchmarks and deadlines assigned by the Marketing Manager
- Support the alignment and integration of marketing, sales, and customer service departments
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders
- Deliver engaging product presentations to prospective customers
- Clearly and effectively communicate promotional product features and benefits
- Establish rapport with customers to encourage trust, transparency, and long-term relationships
- Adapt communication and strategy when revenue or performance goals are not being met
- Provide customer feedback and insights to management to improve campaign strategy and execution
- Represent the company as a professional and knowledgeable brand ambassador
