Brand Promotions Assistant - Entry-Level
We are seeking energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as a Brand Promotions Assistant . This entry-level role is ideal for candidates interested in marketing, brand representation, customer engagement, and promotional events. No prior experience is required, as paid training is provided.
Position Overview
As a Brand Promotions Assistant, you will support live promotional campaigns, in-person brand activations, and customer engagement initiatives. You will help represent client brands in a positive, professional manner while driving awareness and creating memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and execution of promotional events and brand activations
- Engage with customers face-to-face to promote products and services
- Communicate key brand messaging clearly and effectively
- Support event team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
- Help track customer interactions and provide basic feedback to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
