Fortitude Commercial Contracting is seeking a high-performing Project Superintendent who takes pride in running clean, organized, and disciplined jobsites.

This role is for someone who owns the jobsite —someone who believes that schedules matter, communication matters, and details matter. Our superintendents are trusted leaders who set the tone for the entire project.

What This Role Requires

Our Superintendents are responsible for complete field execution of the project , including:

• Managing daily jobsite operations
• Driving schedule performance
• Coordinating subcontractors and inspections
• Maintaining jobsite safety and cleanliness
• Communicating proactively with the project management team
• Representing Fortitude professionally with clients, inspectors, and design teams

This position requires someone who can anticipate problems before they become problems and keep projects moving forward.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial construction field leadership
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and schedules
• Commitment to jobsite safety and quality standards

Experience in commercial renovations, tenant improvements, or ground-up projects is highly valued.
