Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license (or eligibility to obtain) for SLP practice in educational settings
• Prior experience working with elementary-age students in a school environment preferred
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong commitment to supporting students' academic and social-emotional growth

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to individual student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create a positive, supportive learning atmosphere
