Vineyard Manager – Rappahannock Cellars (Huntly, VA)
Rappahannock Cellars is seeking a full-time Vineyard Manager to lead and care for our estate vineyard (30 Acres) at our Glenway Farm in Huntly, Virginia. This role oversees all aspects of vineyard operations including pruning, canopy management, spraying, harvest coordination, and general vineyard health and maintenance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and passionate about growing high-quality fruit in a team-oriented, small-winery environment.
