**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with incident management as needed.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel at the location.
+ Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access.
+ Support Allied Universal and the client by maintaining a visible presence and promoting a welcoming environment for all individuals at the location.
+ Document incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols and/or emergency responses according to company and site requirements.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
