Vistra is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to provide dedicated support to the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Office of Small Business Program (OSBP). This position plays a key role in advancing the OSBP’s mission by assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic planning and communications initiatives. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for conducting research and data analysis to inform program decisions, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. The Project Coordinator will serve as a central point of coordination among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the seamless flow of information and alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning, organizing, conducting, and assessing specific outreach events annually to develop relevant, predictive and periodic requirements
  • Prepare and assemble authorization documentation for OSBP engagements for approval by senior leadership
  • Coordinate OSBP speaking engagements, and outreach events
  • Manage information on the OSBP internet website including information management systems, site maintenance and the update of all data and website links
  • Support existing electronic communications media hosted on DHA networks and servers, including web presence, visual displays and social media engagement
  • Coordinate and assist in the development of draft communications pertaining to small business matters
  • Assist in the development and production of written communication such as the annual Small Business Executive Summary, Newsletters, training and marketing materials
  • Monitor, coordinate and post relevant communications to social media networks such as Twitter, Facebook and Blogs to provide information to the public
  • Support the development of dynamic web content for the purpose of disseminating information to small business stakeholders
  • Coordinate document reviews
  • Coordinate and review new agreements and program management reviews with appropriate stakeholders
  • Support OSBP Outreach
  • Schedule Vendor Meetings
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least one (1) year of related experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports, briefings, and presentations for diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management tools or platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate activities among multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with federal government operations, contracting processes, or small business programs (preferred but not required)
