We are seeking reliable and hardworking Groundskeepers to maintain outdoor areas in Bedford County. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping properties clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Groundskeeper Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 03:00pm )

• Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain a neat appearance
• Maintain landscaping including shrubs, plants, and flower beds
• Remove leaves, debris, and trash from grounds and walkways
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Assist with general upkeep of outdoor areas, parking lots, and common spaces
• Perform seasonal tasks as needed

Groundskeeper Qualifications:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Strong work ethic and reliability

Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred, but not required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
