Executive Assistant - Remote | WFH

We are looking for a friendly and professional Executive Assistant to join our corporate office in Chantilly, Virginia. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. Your responsibilities will involve handling highly confidential information and performing a variety of administrative tasks. **Key Responsibilities:**- Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of projects and initiatives within the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with management personnel to enhance communication and explore future business opportunities.
- Manage special projects as assigned, including planning presentations, disseminating information, and organizing company-wide events.
- Oversee the CEO's daily schedule and calendar, ensuring an organized and efficient workspace.
- Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements and expense report submissions.
- Respond to information requests on behalf of the organization and its clients.
- Prepare summaries of reports and information as needed.
- Support the executive team during meetings by preparing agendas, making arrangements, and recording minutes.
- Assist in planning executive retreats and staff development meetings.
- Review requests and inquiries directed to the CEO for appropriate routing and handling.
- Help develop and monitor departmental goals and objectives.
- Draft and complete correspondence, including letters, memos, and policies, while handling confidential information.
- Participate in community outreach events and maintain public relations as directed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor. **Qualifications:**- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Administrative role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred; extensive work experience may be considered in lieu of education. An Associate's Degree from a two-year college or technical school is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations with poise and diplomacy.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.

This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. **Physical Demands:**
The physical demands of this role include setting up trade show booth materials, moving about the office, operating office machinery, and occasionally lifting equipment up to 40 pounds. The position requires regular communication and interaction with others. **Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:**
This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote work environment. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed. **Travel:**
