Caring Dental Arts is seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our growing, patient-centered practice. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:• Previous experience working in a dental office is preferred.
• Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player. Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression.
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule efficiently.
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries.
• Verify dental insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations as needed.
• Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records.
• Review treatment plans and financial arrangements.
• Collect patient payments and balance the daily ledger.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. What We Offer:
