Reliability Coordinator
- Conduct root cause failure analyses (RCFA) to identify and address equipment or process failures
- Monitor and analyze the performance of critical assets using predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis)
- Identify and recommend maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and improve overall operational efficiency
- Assist in developing and optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Coordinate with the Maintenance and Operations teams to schedule and execute reliability initiatives and planned maintenance activities
- Track and report key reliability metrics such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)
- Support cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, and EHS (Environmental Health & Safety), to ensure alignment with reliability objectives
- Provide technical expertise and hands-on training to maintenance personnel to promote reliability best practices
- Communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to the Reliability Manager and other stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce costs
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to introduce innovative solutions
- Ability to work in high places more than 80 feet, using man lifts, and working in confined spaces
- Perform field validation and assisting/training team members in a manufacturing facility, including lifting walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling
- Existing reliability certifications are strongly preferred. However, if the selected candidate does not already have AR I Vibration Certification and Machinery Lubrication Technician (MLT) I Certification - these must be obtained within 1 year of employment
- Participate in capital projects to ensure reliability considerations are incorporated into design and commissioning phases
- 3 or more years of experience in a reliability or maintenance role
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and methodologies
- Experience with RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance)
- Experience performing RCFA and implementing effective corrective actions
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- 5 or more years of experience in a reliability or maintenance role
- Certification in Reliability Engineering or Maintenance (e.g. CMRP, CRE, Vibration Analysis)
