Automotive Service Advisor

You'll guide customers through their vehicle service journeys, deliver precise and accurate estimates, and create a smooth, memorable service experience. • Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
• Explain recommended repairs and maintenance services clearly and concisely.
• Prepare accurate service estimates that include both labor and parts costs.
• Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and confirm diagnoses.
• Keep customers updated on their vehicle’s status and notify them of any additional issues.
• Maintain detailed records of service history and customer interactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any service-related concerns.
• Promote and upsell additional services to improve vehicle performance and longevity.
• Schedule service appointments and manage work orders efficiently.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (automotive industry preferred).
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Being bilingual is a plus!
