Automotive Service Advisor

You'll guide customers through their vehicle service journeys, deliver precise and accurate estimates, and create a smooth, memorable service experience. - Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance services clearly and concisely.
- Prepare accurate service estimates that include both labor and parts costs.
- Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and confirm diagnoses.
- Keep customers updated on their vehicle’s status and notify them of any additional issues.
- Maintain detailed records of service history and customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any service-related concerns.
- Promote and upsell additional services to improve vehicle performance and longevity.
- Schedule service appointments and manage work orders efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (automotive industry preferred).
- Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Being bilingual is a plus!
