Overview :

Join our team and take the next step in your logistics/warehouse operations career. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating incoming shipments and preparing reports as required. This position is ideal for someone who is goal driven, adaptable, and dependable with 3-4 years of logistics/forklift experience. The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities :

• Perform periodic inventory of stock, reconciling variance and insuring inventory adjustments are properly applied. Provide results to appropriate DOS personnel.
• Receive, sort, log and distribute all incoming shipments.
• Identify, locate, obtain and arrange for shipment of requested replaced parts by the appropriate priority basis.
• Process and/or locate, obtain and arrange for shipment of requested replacement parts by the appropriate priority basis.
• Prepare statistical reports as required.
• Ensure stockroom is maintained in a neat and orderly fashion.

Qualifications :

• Active Secret Clearance
• 3+ years of experience in logistics relating to the service of FIP/office automated equipment
• 2+ years of experience in the use of automated inventory tracking systems used to manage an inventory of spare parts and equipment.
• Shall possess a valid motor vehicle driver`s license and Class B Commercial Driver`s license, and have a clean driving record (no accidents or moving violations within the last three years)
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and packed equipment up to 70 pounds.
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent

Shift :

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:15pm
