Position: Superintendent – Commercial Construction
Location: Hampton Roads Regional Area

A respected, regionally focused general contractor with a strong track record of delivering quality projects is seeking a Superintendent to oversee medium- to large-scale projects in the Hampton Roads area. The company emphasizes a people-first culture, award-winning safety practices, and projects that leave a lasting impact on both communities and military installations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead daily site operations and provide direction to subcontractors and trades.

· Collaborate closely with the Project Manager from pre-construction through project closeout.

· Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships built on trust and communication.

· Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld in line with contract documents and specifications.

· Oversee scheduling, production, and performance to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on vertical construction (renovations or new builds).

· Solid understanding of commercial, municipal, and federal construction processes.
