The Restaurant Manager Hospitality Manager oversees daily operations of a busy restaurant with a large team of 15+ employees. This role ensures high-quality customer service, efficient staff management, and smooth coordination of food and beverage services. The manager supports marketing initiatives and maintains compliance with industry standards to promote a positive dining experience and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a large team of 15+ staff members
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Oversee inventory control and budget management
• Create and maintain staff schedules
• Conduct training and development programs for employees
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate supply orders
• Ensure quality assurance across food, beverage, and catering services
• Handle conflict resolution within the team and with customers
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
• Support marketing initiatives to drive restaurant business

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
