Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Halifax, VA

Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but some may have 2-week periods. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-kept and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive materials, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Base rates vary from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Routes are primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially covering 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and income potential.
