- Job-Specific Insights The Richmond District’s Construction Section is seeking a qualified individual to join the Constructability Review Team (located in South Chesterfield, VA) to analyze preliminary plans and project documentation ensuring correctness of design. You will direct changes on projects to achieve consistency and constructability; prepare projects for advertisement; and meet published advertisement schedules. The position will evaluate projects in consideration of economic factors; identify and develop required specifications and standards; and establish appropriate construction time limits.
