Assistant Property Manager
- Works as part of the Property Management team to develop and deliver departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
- Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls, assists with tenant and vendor customers service via the phone support of by on-site tenant visits.
- Track tenant issues utilizing established database and/or tracking mechanisms.
- Follow up on tenant and vendor requests in a timely fashion to ensure needs are being met and work was performed at a satisfactory level.
- Set up, organize, and maintain files and database records for all site agreements; monitor pending real estate files; obtain, prepare and maintain real estate documentation.
- Generate and dispatch work orders for completion by vendors.
- Run, review and distribute various weekly and monthly customer service reports for manager.
- Tracks certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors.
- When necessary, prepares correspondence for insurance issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school education or higher, and four or more years of experience in real estate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers, with the ability to present information.
- Mid-level to advanced knowledge of MS Office application.
- Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles to understand operating budgets.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret documents.
- Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations that require intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
