Our fitness studio is growing quickly, and we need a personal trainer to help our customers achieve their fitness goals. You'll be assessing our customers' fitness levels, creating personalized training routines, and ensuring they're utilizing equipment properly. This role requires outstanding customer service skills as well as a love for exercise and helping others improve their health and wellness. $14 - $45 hourly

• Revise fitness plans based on clients’ progress toward set goals
• Uphold all gym standards and safety rules to keep clients safe and comfortable while they workout
• Perform personal fitness assessments to ensure that all exercise routines are appropriate for each client
• Decrease the chance of injury by teaching clients appropriate techniques for all exercises, especially for specialized equipment
• Customize training routines to assist clients in achieving their fitness goals while staying within their current physical capabilities

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
• Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer
