Executive/Personal Assistant

As an Executive/Personal Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in helping a professional doctor stay organized and focused on their core responsibilities. What You'll Do As the Executive/Personal Assistant, you'll be responsible for a mix of professional and personal support, ensuring smooth daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Calendar & Scheduling - Manage appointments, meetings, and daily schedules.
Communication - Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism.
Meeting Coordination - Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Travel Planning - Arrange flights, accommodations, and transportation for both business and personal travel.
Document Management - Prepare, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and files.
Budget & Expense Tracking - Assist with financial management, including bill payments and expense tracking.
Project Support - Help manage ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Research & Reservations - Research information, make reservations for restaurants, events, and activities.
Event & Gift Planning - Organize special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays.
Personal Errands - Manage tasks such as ordering meals, dry cleaning, and other errands.
Client & Stakeholder Relations - Maintain professional relationships and ensure clear communication.
Confidentiality - Handle sensitive information with discretion. What We're Looking For Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in a similar executive or personal assistant role. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
Proficiency in managing calendars and scheduling
QuickBooks experience is a plus
Knowledge of event planning is a bonus Requirements: Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
