OVERVIEW: We are looking for a passionate Business Systems Analyst to join the InterChange IT team and assist in the support, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS). This position will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that the system meets the needs of the business.

REPORTS TO: Business Systems Manager

LOCATION: Harrisonburg VA

WORK HOURS: Monday – Friday *Weekends/Holidays as needed based on project-related work*

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work cross-functionally to ensure that the WMS is properly supported, configured, maintained, and optimized to meet the needs of the business.
• Gather operational and functional requirements, develop and document functional solutions.
• Develop and implement enhancements and other software work requests within agreed upon schedule and performance
• Experience with Lextedit and writing SQL/MOCA Commands in the context of Blue Yonder WMS.
• Ability to interpret and understand Blue Yonder trace files.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving system configuration, Integration, MOCA/SQL queries, and overall system performance.
• Unit test the custom development and collaborate with Quality Assurance resources
• Identify opportunities for automation and systemic enhancements by leveraging WMS features.
• Expert knowledge of the WMS Data structures.
• Ability to manage and balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of master data and its dependencies in the WMS.
• Demonstrate the desire for continuous learning.
• Coach and Mentor other Team Members on WMS functionality.
• Maintain positive relationships with external vendors

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (required):

• 2+ years' experience in configuring, implementing or developing in Blue Yonder WMS
• Experience with Blue Yonder WMS Version 2019 and Higher
• Proficient in SQL
• Possess strong data and root cause analysis skills
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Ability to design flexible and scalable solutions that meet future requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Visio)
• Self-managed and motivated; organized and detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, fluid work environment
• Proficient in delivering exceptional customer service

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (desired, not required):

• Experience in Warehouse Labor Management (Blue Yonder WLM)
• Experience in Billing Management Systems (Blue Yonder BMS)
• Experience in Snowflake and data mining
