Morning Babysitter for 1-Year-Old
We are seeking a caring and interactive morning babysitter for our 1-year-old son in Richmond, VA. The position is for Friday, May 08, 2026, from 01:00 PM to 04:00 PM. Your primary responsibilities will include playing with our son, reading, listening to music, assisting with diaper changes and potty training, feeding a snack, and closely supervising as he explores and crawls around the house. Our son is joyful, determined, and expressive, particularly about his favorite things. As Dad works from home, and Mom handles chores and errands, we are looking for someone who can seamlessly team up with Mom and communicate effectively. Our son is experiencing some separation anxiety, so a gentle, attentive approach will be appreciated. We prefer candidates who are CPR certified and comfortable with our affectionate senior cat. Additionally, the house is equipped with cameras in all childcare areas, and a non-smoking environment is maintained. If you are nurturing, reliable, and enjoy engaging with energetic toddlers, we would love to meet you. Please note that even if our son takes an early nap, you will receive full payment for the duration of the shift.
