Class A Dedicated Truck Driver

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers to operate a dedicated account running East and North Central regional lanes. This position involves 100% touch dry van freight with scheduled weekly home time and operation of modern automatic equipment.

  • Freight type: 100% touch dry van.
  • Operating lanes: East and North Central regions.
  • Typical schedule: Mostly Monday–Friday operations with occasional Saturday work; weekly home time on weekends.
  • Drivers must be available for day or night driving as required.
  • Orientation location: Chesapeake, VA.
  • Equipment: newer tractors with automatic transmissions.
• Compensation and benefits
  • $1,700 - $1800 per week.
  • Pay: $0.90 per mile with expected 1,000+ miles per week.
  • Additional pay: $20 per stop, $240 unload pay per trailer, and a $100 weekly safety bonus when two loads are delivered with no accidents or incidents.
  • Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.
• Minimum qualifications and requirements
  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Valid Class A CDL with at least 6 months of recent Class A driving experience.
  • Physical ability to perform full manual unload of boxes onto a conveyor belt as described.
  • Fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past five years.
  • No DUI convictions within the past five years; recent criminal offenses will be reviewed as part of the safety assessment.
  • No involuntary termination from most recent employment.
  • Demonstrated stable 10-year work history with no major gaps in employment; no more than six months of unemployment in the last year and no more than one year of unemployment in the last three years, except for school or training.
  • Ability to pass both urine and hair pre-employment drug screens.
  • Residence preference: candidates living within 70 miles of Chesapeake, VA.
