Location: Towering Oaks Baptist Church, Greeneville, Tennessee
Position Type: Part-time (with potential Full-time dual-role opportunities)
Are you passionate about guiding young hearts and minds in their walk with Jesus Christ? Do you have a heart for mentoring teens and developing a vibrant, Christ-centered youth ministry? We’re looking for a dynamic, compassionate, and energetic Youth Minister to join our church family!
Responsibilities:
Lead weekly youth group gatherings, Bible studies, and worship experiences
Plan and oversee retreats, mission trips, and special events
Build relationships with students, parents, and volunteers
Collaborate with church leadership to integrate youth into the life of the church
Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to middle and high school students
Qualifications:
Definitive ministry calling & sound theology
Experience working with youth in a ministry setting
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan engaging, age-appropriate activities
Supportive, caring, & loving church family
Opportunities for growth and creativity
