Malloy Chevrolet of Charlottesville is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our elite service team. We are looking for honest, motivated individuals who take pride in their craft and love learning new technologies. Whether you are a seasoned Master Tech or a skilled B level technician, we provide the in-house and manufacturer training necessary to keep you at the top of your game.

• Experience Preferred: Previous professional automotive repair experience.

• Ability to commute to Charlottesville, VA

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Must provide their own tools

• Precision Diagnostics: Use advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and repair vehicle issues accurately the first time.

• Maintenance & Repair: Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.

• Documentation: Clearly communicate with Service Advisors regarding work performed and any additional needed repairs.

• Continuous Learning: Participate in Manufacturer and In-House training programs to stay current on evolving vehicle technology.

• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the parts department and shop foreman to ensure timely vehicle turnaround.

• Dependable & Motivated: A strong work ethic and a desire to help others in a fast-paced environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Integrity: A commitment to being honest, friendly, and courteous with every job.
