Position: Business / Systems Analyst

Location: Reston, VA #Hybrid

Duration: 3+ months Contract

Job Description :

• Must have expert working knowledge of using the business rules engine, FICO embedded in care management tool, GuidingCare.
• You will be responsible for building new rules, updating new rules and optimizing the rule tables' design for a critical deliverable for 12/15/25
• Delivers critical and emerging systems and data analysis and implements tools and technology for the whole enterprise.
• Design and deliver management systems. Build, manage, and sustain critical systems, business and data analysis techniques, methods, tools, and processes.
• Owns data collection capabilities through collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Leads cross-departmental, and cross-functional team members.
• Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field)
• 8 years relevant systems/technical analysis
• Ability to navigate through various complex systems, deliver quality solution with in budget and schedule. , Expert
• Ability to understand projects and concepts as they relate to high-level business objectives., Expert
• Knowledge of architecture, application development, data structure and analysis techniques and methods., Expert
• Proficiency in reading security patterns and audit reports to adhere with standards. , Expert
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based environment., Expert

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
25% Performs complex system analyses on software programs, applications, and services.

20% Leads product and service evaluation and recommends new tools or platforms for user efficiency.

20% Leads the implementation of new technology for organizational efficiency.

15% Communicates directly with all stake holders including executive management.

10% Improves data collection capabilities through collaboration with organizational teams.

10% Manages product licenses and ensures compliance with IT industry regulations. Provides the organization with cost saving analysis.
