Powder Coating Project Helper Details:

• Temporary position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Wednesday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:00pm )

This Position is a great way to get your foot in the door. Work days vary depending on the Powder Coating Project Schedule (you will be notified the first of each week which days are scheduled for that week's production). Usually 1-2 days a week from 6am-done. Must be able to stay as late as 4pm on high production days. Paid Weekly. PREVIOUS ASSEMBLY EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED.

Primary Responsibility:

• Hanging Parts on a coating line in a non climate controlled warehouse.
• Coating Line tends to be a hot environment
• Complete assigned work on a production line efficiently and effectively. Such work may include such activities as: Sorting out defective components or finished products
• Stacking pallets
• Perform visual and/or manual quality checks as required and report discrepancies found to Line Leader.
• Follow established safety procedures.
• Safety Conscious, always wearing PPE, Steel Toed Boots, Safety Glasses, Ear Plugs, etc.

Powder Coating Project Helper Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Steel Toed Boots are required
• At least 1 year Manufacturing experience is preferred
• Understanding/following written instructions
• Ability to adapt to rotating assignments and schedules with a positive attitude and results
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand/move around for long periods of time, working in a HOT environment
• Must have the physical skills and ability to work a flexible schedule around frequently changing production demands

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
