An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Potomac Heights, MD area for an individual with 10+ years’ experience as a Senior Estimator with a background in Heavy Civil Construction projects . This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing organization that is actively expanding its presence across the region.

The organization is seeking a results-driven professional who can contribute both from an estimating and business development standpoint , helping drive new project opportunities while maintaining strong industry relationships.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology is PREFERRED

• Book of business or existing client relationships is PREFERRED

• 10+ years estimating heavy civil projects (roads, bridges, tunnels, DOT/municipal/infrastructure) in the DMV area is PREFERRED

• Prepare detailed estimates, analyze project costs, and read civil plans accurately is PREFERRED

• Experience with design-build, progressive design-build, lump sum, and low-bid projects is PREFERRED

• Strong network of subcontractors, suppliers, and industry contacts is PREFERRED

• Field experience in civil construction, concrete, bridges, tunnels, and rail; familiarity with critical path scheduling is PREFERRED

• Proficient in MS Office and estimating software (HCSS, HeavyBid, or similar); bilingual English/French is a PLUS
