What You'll Do

As a server at Hillsborough, you’ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding service to all customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Taking and serving orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Collaborating with team members to provide seamless service.
- Assisting with setup, breakdown, and other operational tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

We’re searching for candidates who bring the following skills and qualifications to the table:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a server or similar role.
- Physical Stamina: This is a physically demanding role—candidates must be able to stay on their feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Customer Focus: A passion for providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
