Barker Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Coordinator to become the next member of our incredible team. As the face of the hospital, our CSCs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide.
This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced veterinary settings who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
Schedule: This is a full-time position, with a flexible schedule open to either 4x10s or 5x8s and availability needed Monday to Friday only, NO WEEKENDS!

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- At least 1 year of client service experience
- Previous veterinary experience is REQUIRED
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Client service and communication
- Welcoming and discharging patients
- Collaboration with other team members
- Managing phone lines
- Booking appointments/attention to detail
