Senior Full Stack Developer
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to support internal teams and client-facing applications. This role involves designing, developing, and testing software solutions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating across teams. The ideal candidate is self-driven, experienced with Java, Spring Boot, React, and Angular, and comfortable working both independently and within a team. Occasional on-site work in Ashburn, VA and participation in an on-call rotation may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and implement Java-based applications using Spring Boot, React, and Angular.
Support other teams in diagnosing and resolving application issues, including log analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software requirements and testing strategies.
Create test cases and support testing phases alongside client application teams.
Participate in software deployment to production and post-deployment validation.
Provide support during non-standard hours on rare occasions (e.g., evenings, weekends, holidays) as part of the on-call rotation.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of software development experience, including hands-on work with Java, Spring Boot, Maven, React, and Angular.
Experience in troubleshooting software issues and analyzing logs.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and resolve tickets.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a CBP Background Investigation.
Willingness to travel to the DC area 1–2 times per week for on-site work in Ashburn, VA.
Comfortable working independently or collaboratively within a team.
Availability to support after-hours production issues on rare occasions as part of an on-call rotation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Harness, GitLab, Confluence, Jira, and working in Agile development environments.
Prior experience developing test cases for QA teams.
Active DHS BI clearance is strongly preferred.
