- Develop and implement front-end architecture that supports scalable, maintainable user interface concepts
- Document application changes, component APIs, and development updates
- Participate in code reviews, share knowledge with teammates, and contribute to our product development culture
- Help ensure our products meet accessibility standards and provide inclusive experiences for all users

- Proficient in React and modern React patterns (hooks, context, component composition)
- Strong experience with TypeScript and JavaScript
- In-depth knowledge of CSS, HTML, and modern web standards
- Expertise with React workflow tooling, including package managers (yarn or npm), build tools (Vite, Webpack, or similar), and version control (Git)

- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and understanding of automated build, test, and deployment workflows
- Solid understanding and practical application of software development principles: SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI, and Clean Code concepts
- Experience with reusable and maintainable code design patterns
- Ability to translate design mockups and user requirements into functional, accessible interfaces
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical team members
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a habit of asking thoughtful questions
