Promotional Marketing Associate - Entry Level
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Associate to support community campaigns, nonprofit events, and promotional initiatives.
This role is ideal for individuals interested in marketing, customer engagement, brand promotions, and event support who are looking for hands-on experience and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with executing promotional marketing campaigns and live events
Engage with customers and community members to promote brands and nonprofit initiatives
Represent clients professionally at outreach events and promotional activities
Distribute marketing materials and provide product or campaign information
Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site brand promotions
Collect customer feedback and track engagement metrics
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful campaign execution
Maintain a positive, energetic, and customer-focused presence
Qualifications
No prior experience required – paid training provided
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in marketing, communications, or business preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, professional, and team-oriented mindset
Interest in marketing, promotions, brand ambassadorship, or event marketing
Ability to work in fast-paced, event-based environments
Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends
