HoneyCar Winchester is looking for a General Reconditioning Technician to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. As a Reconditioning Technician, you’ll play a key role in preparing vehicles to meet our high standards for appearance and safety. HoneyCar's simple process, transparent market pricing, desirable inventory, and daily onsite training will ensure a successful outcome for the Used car technician and the customer! What You'll Do: * Perform general reconditioning tasks including detailing, light mechanical work, and cosmetic repairs * Conduct thorough inspections and communicate findings to the service/recon team * Ensure vehicles are lot-ready in a timely and professional manner * Assist with bodywork, buffing, light interior/exterior repairs as needed * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the recon shop area What We're Looking For: * Prior experience automotive reconditioning preferred * Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail * Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment * A positive attitude and team-first mindset * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Benefits
